Our Mount Frankland Shiraz is hand selected and crafted into a wine that will age with distinction. No expense or treatment is spared in the creation of these individual, superior quality wines. This wine is true to the grapes they come from and displays great varietal characteristics.
Complex nose of dark berries, plum and subtle savoury oak spice. A medium bodied wine displaying elegant flavours of red fruits, a hint of savoury spice and subtle toasty oak. The palate is framed by fine tannins, leading red berry nuances to a soft, lingering finish.

Produced from low yielding established vines. Wines which reflect the vintage conditions. Three Elm’s Timbertops range take advantage of the fact that several red and white wine varieties produce excellent quality fruit every year. All of these wines may be enjoyed while young but also cellar very well for several years.
Brilliant pale straw with emerald flecks. Delicate yet intense flavours of lemon, lime and musk. Bright, sherbety and lively on the palate with a lingering mineral acidity. Whilst ready to enjoy now, this wine will gain in complexity over the next eight to ten years.
Brilliant pale gold, with emerald flecks. Concentrated flavours of pink grapefruit and savoury, flinty complexity through the palate. The intensity of the fruit is carried by a creamy texture with a bright and lingering acid profile. Whilst ready to drink now, this wine will gain in complexity over the next three to five years.
Vibrant deep crimson with ruby hues. Bright and fresh blackberry flavours continue on the medium bodied palate with savoury dark chocolate mingling with the fine-grained dusty tannin structure. Ready to enjoy now, although with careful cellaring, will gain complexity over the next five to eight years.
